Holly McWhorter is an interdisciplinary artist, designer, and writer whose abstract artwork explores the ways color and form interact to evoke emotion. A native of Philadelphia but a longtime resident of NYC, and now Copenhagen, she sees creative expression as a means to both expore and understand the world, and create a positive impact on society.
She is primarly self-taught as an artist, but has graduate degrees in interior architecture from Parsons and material culture from the State University of New York, and a BA in classical music and philsophy from Spelman College. Her work is in private collections in the US and Denmark.
